Legal Basis for Processing: We process your data based on contractual necessity (to fulfill orders), legitimate interests (to improve our platform), and your consent (for marketing communications).
International Transfers: Your data may be transferred to and processed in Singapore and China, countries which the European Commission has deemed to have adequate data protection.
Data Retention: Personal data is retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days. Design files are retained for 90 days after your last order unless you request earlier deletion.
